This dramatic and compelling story comes to life in a major motion picture starring Keisha Castle-Hughes (Whale Rider) as Mary, Oscar Isaac (Guerrilla) as Joseph, and Academy Award nominee Shohreh Aghdashloo (House of Sand and Fog) as Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist.
An interesting take on the life of Jesus, and this was something not done before previously. Most movies involving a character “Jesus” would probably depict his death, so this is really new to the viewers. Overall, a good show to catch – even with the $9.50 weekend ticket.
